I have worked at Brunel University & Phoenix Counselling Service with clients presenting a wide range of concerns, on both a long and short term basis. I am currently counselling at an FE College in West London alongside running a private practice.
I have over a decade of experience working with young people and families as a parenting facilitator and youth mentor. I am also a wife and mother to two young children and have been self employed since 2010. I am a firm believer in mediation and mindfulness to support well being and combine all of my skills to offer an holistic approach to counselling and psychotherapy.
