Following our initial telephone conversation, the next step is to make an appointment to meet face to face if that feels right for you.  At this first meeting you will have an opportunity to discuss your needs and expectations of therapy. You can find out more about me and my style of therapy. If you feel that my therapy style suits you, we can then agree to begin work and schedule a regular appointment that fits in with your life.

Individual Sessions are 50 minutes.

Couples and Family Sessions last 60-90 minutes.

Payment by direct bank transfer, 1 week in advance of your session.

Prices are reviewed annually.

Typically, counselling sessions take place on a weekly basis.

There is no set amount of sessions, the amount of sessions depends on each individual clients need. I offer both short-term and long-term work.

Both daytime and evening appointments are available and appointment will be arranged at a time to suit you.
