Shine Therapy Groups 4 Women, offers an intimate therapeutic space to explore the challenges of the work life balance, while encouraging you to explore and delve into your self-compassion in order to learn, heal and grow.
Often the effect of these challenges are suppressed and inter-weaved with cultural imprints, beliefs and experiences; while managing a family, searching for the right partner, or pursuing a career, leading to feelings of overwhelm and inadequacy.
Please note this is a 12 week therapeutic group monthly subscription (conditions apply).

Druration: 1.5 hrs
Fees & Conditions:
£200 per month payable a month in advance
Clients are required to attend an assessment session following registration
Group commitment is 12 weeks monthly non-refundable payments
